You are what you eat, so it’s important that the food we provide is
nutritious and healthy. We also know the
big appetites that some of you have, especially
after a full day of skiing or snowboarding!
We’re very lucky to have
our own excellent restaurant in the resort, the Cantina, and we use it to provide our students with fabulous meals every day of the week, including weekends.
The Cantina is only
a few hundred metres away from your apartment, and we serve a special three course menu using fresh produce, which is just what you'll need in the evening.

Main Course: Beef Steak, green peppercorn sauce with sautéed potates and a medley of vegetables
Pudding: Strawberry cheesecake
Starter: Country salad
Main Course: Chicken supreme with mushrooms,fragrant rice and parsley carotts

Starter: Onion rings with salad
Main Course: Chicken fajitas served with tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, re-fried beans

Starter: Garlic bread and salad
Main Course: Slices of roasted porc in a wine sauce on a bed of tagliatelle served with cauliflower
Pudding: Chocolate mousse
Starter: Deep fried jumbo prawns with salad
Main Course: Choice of pizza
Pudding: Fruit tart

Breakfast is provided and self-served in your apartment where there’s a stock of cereals, bread, & fresh fruit ready for you to start the day.
Lunch is usually taken on the mountain and is
not included. Like any ski resort, mountain restaurants are not the cheapest, so many of our students take their own packed lunches with them. Save that spending money for more important things like presents for your family (not to mention going out)...
