From winter 2009/10 Nendaz will be welcoming a professional training programme for ski and snowboard instructors.
Neige Aventure Ski and Snowboard school has put in place a completely new structure for professional ski and snowboard instructor training.
From next winter more than 30 trainee instructors, mainly from England, are expected to take part in
a ten week programme with the Neige Aventure school.

the importance given to the training of its team of instructors. Since the beginning of 1989, the Neige Aventure school has participated in Swiss and internationally accredited training programmes

Over the last 10 years Neige Aventure has collaborated closely with
BASI, the English ski instructor training association, providing trainers for the courses organised
in Nendaz.
Neige Aventure has gone one step further this year by creating a specialised programme of instructor training:
OnTheMountain Pro.
OnTheMountain Pro offers
a unique learning concept by combining training courses on
technical skiing or snowboarding,
methodology,
environment,
security,
tourism
marketing and
languages.
The OnTheMontain Pro course will be certified by an examination that will allow students to receive
BASI accreditation now recognized both in the Alpine countries as well as USA, Canada and New Zealand.
