Neige Aventure ski and snowboard school was founded 20 years ago by Frédéric Mariéthoz, when he was 23. Fred remains actively involved in the business, and is entirely committed to the success of OnTheMountain Pro’s BASI GAP ski and snowboard instructor courses.

As well as the instructing side of our business, we provide the ‘total package’ of ski resort activities: ski/board & boot hire and purchase; servicing & repair workshops; sports shop; après-ski restaurant; an on-piste snack bar and the liveliest après ski bar in town - The Cactus Saloon.

Ski & Snowboard School – Nendaz’s busiest ski & snowboard school, providing group and private lessons in a variety of languages for both children and adults, as well as freestyle, mountain safety & telemark lessons, mountain guiding and heliskiing.

Tech Shop – a huge choice from the best ski and snowboard brands offering top of the range high performance products, along with the support by our highly skilled snowsports equipment advisors and test days for new kit.

Sports Shop – next door to the Tech shop is the place to find more top brands for outdoor sportswear, a dedicated Eyezone for sunglasses and goggles and a great selection of men's and women’s clothes, Nixon watches, hats galore and more.

Workshop – the technical centre for servicing and repairing ski's and snowboards, and for boot adjustments. Equipped with the latest snowsports industry machines, our technicians are trained and regularly supervised by Wintersteiger and Montana, our technology partners. Every piece of equipment that passes through the WORKSHOP is checked and adjusted in accordance with standards recommended by the BPA (Swiss bureau of accident prevention).

Cantina Restaurant - a well-loved, informal and lively restaurant serving a wide range of world cuisine (TexMex, pizzas, salads and more) to suit everyone.

Tipi – located on the slopes at Siviez, the Tipi is an inviting pit-stop for crèpes and hot chocolate on cold days or the perfect place to chillout with a drink when the sun is shining.

Cactus Saloon – après-ski or dancing into the night, the Cactus is legendary. Downstairs from the Cantina, it has become the most popular bar in Nendaz, regularly featuring crazy theme nights, big brand giveaway parties and some of the best DJ’s from all over Switzerland to keep the place rocking.

Neige Aventure Veysonnaz – our newly opened Sports Shop, Tech Shop and developing Ski & Snowboard School in the nearby smaller resort of Veysonnaz providing greater work opportunities and an experience outside of Nendaz.
